Thousand Islands ASN Pushes for Stricter Health Protocols

We're about to come down to the field to ensure that residents are more disciplined in obeying the rules

The Thousand Islands state civil apparatuses (ASN) continue to work hand in hand to intensify education on health protocols to contain transmission of COVID-19.

This time, education for the discipline of applying 3M (wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining physical distancing) was campaigned to residents on Pramuka Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.

Thousand Islands ASN Asked to Promote Health Protocols Compliance

"It is to follow up on the Regent's direction. We're about to come down to the field to ensure that residents are more disciplined in obeying the rules," expressed Thousand Islands Government and People's Welfare Assistant, Sujanto Budiroso, Thursday (2/18).

According to him, they were educated to wear masks and wash their hands with soap. They were also urged to continuously implement a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS).

"We also give out masks, especially to the elderly and the children we meet," he stated.
