PT Dirga Sena Contractor Arrested Over Corruption Case

East Jakarta Prosecutors Office (Kejari) arrested a contractor of PT Dirga Sena, initials NES (54), Thursday (11/6). Allegedly, the suspect did corruption in the development for the construction of Kramatjati Sub-District Community Health Center (puskesmas) in 2010 and 2012. In such project worth Rp 6 billion, the country loses Rp 1.5 billion.
Head of East Jakarta Prosecutors Office, Asep Sontani disclosed the project is done by suspect two years. In 2010, he involves PT Dirga Senan and PT Sum Nichin Teknologi in 2012. But it was not finished.

The suspect will be charged under Article 2 paragraph 1 and Article 3, Law No. 31/1999 on corruption practice, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years and pay of Rp 1 billion.
