Parekraf Agency - STIAMI Holds Capacity Building for MSMEs

Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy (Parekraf) Agency collaborates with the LPPM STIAMI Institute to hold a webinar on Capacity Building for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). It is participated by 50 Jakpreneur members under the Parekraf Agency.

Parekraf Agency's Creative Economy Division Head Helma Dahlia, appreciated the institute that had contributed in entrepreneurship development and incubation of MSMEs through the webinar.

"The materials given are related to MSME accounting, MSME management, and building business character that is in demand by the market," she expressed, Thursday (2/25).

According to her, it was a business incubator as the STIAMI Institute had scheduled a 12-month MSME training webinar agenda with training topics designed like a business development curriculum.

"The incubation approach is the right step in creating superior MSMEs and having a business model. This is because business incubation is a support process that may smoothen the success of business development by providing the necessary resources and services," she explained.

She added the collaboration also had mentoring sessions and business consultations for MSME entrepreneurs. Aside that, the Jakpreneur entrepreneurial ecosystem also provided a business credit capital program followed by fostering business elements and creating demand via e-Order.

"It aims to smoothen the success of business development for creating a profitable and sustainable business, has proper organizational and financial management thus it has a positive impact on society," she closed.
