The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) estimates that cloudy weather will blanket parts of Jakarta sky today, Wednesday (3/3).

Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by strong winds and lightning in Thousand Islands, North and Central Jakarta areas in the evening and at dawn

"Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by strong winds and lightning in Thousand Islands, North and Central Jakarta areas in the evening and at dawn," quoted from BMKG's official site.

BMKG also issued the afternoon of potential bright cloudy in West, Central, South, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands, while light rain to hit South and East Jakarta.

In the evening, most areas would be cloudy, namely West, Central, South, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands. But light rain is expected in East Jakarta.

"At tomorrow's dawn, light rain to hit West and North Jakarta, while medium rain in Thousand Islands. Bright cloudy is expected in Central Jakarta but cloudy in South and East Jakarta.

Temperatures in five regions and Thousand Islands is predicted at 24 to 32 degrees Celsius with air humidity of 60-100 percent.
