South Jakarta ASNs and Councils Receive COVID-19 Vaccine

Total 143 participants consisting of 133 civil servants (ASNs) who work at South Jakarta Mayor Office and 10 South Jakarta City Councils have been injected with COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday (3/10). It is the first vaccination activity carried out in Pola Room, Mayor Office.

South Jakarta Acting Mayor (Plt), Isnawa Adji became the first person who received COVID-19 vaccine, then followed by South Jakarta secretary, Munjirin. They went through medical check up and administration before undergoing vaccination.

"Vaccination should be supported. It is for our health thus we can break the chain of COVID-19 transmission," he mentioned.

South Jakarta Mayor Office's Civil Service, Management, and Public Service Section Head, Riezka Novia Bewinda mentioned, vaccination is carried out simultaneously in 10 sub-districts.

She informed, for ASNs who work in sub-districts and urban villages will carry out vaccination in local sub-district health centers (puskesmas) and it will be carried out in stages until three weeks ahead.

"Until the next three weeks, we will vaccinate 1,534 employees who work at South Jakarta Mayor Office," she stated.
