Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency held an integrated food inspection in five markets on Tuesday (3/30).

Central Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency Head, Penty Yunesi Pudyastuti said, her side took samples of agricultural, livestock, and fishery products sold by traders at Johar Baru Market, Senen Market Block 3, Gondangdia Market, Cempaka Putih Market, and Lokbin Abdul Gani.
"From monitoring five markets, we don't find foods that contain of hazardous substances," she stated.
North Jakarta KPKP Holds Food Inspection for Agricultural ProductsIn March, her side has carried out food inspection in 15 modern and traditional markets. It is done to ensure quality and availability of foods, as well as to ensure no foods that contain of hazardous substances such as chlorine, formalin, rhodamine, and borax.
"Food inspection will be held 18 times until the end of the year," she mentioned.
