Anies Appoints Agus Himawan Widayanto as Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan appointed Agus Himawan Widiyanto as President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. It was stated in Jakarta Gubernatorial Decree No. 363/2021 on Dismissal and Appointment of Perumda Sarana Jaya President Director.

We hope Sarana Jaya under Agus' leadership can make improvements

His side appointed Agus Himawan Widiyanto to fill the void leadership at Perumda Sarana Jaya, as well as refreshment within BUMD through innovation and novelty spirit in carrying out company's work program in supporting Jakarta Government's Regional Strategic Activities (KSD).

Through this appointment, he expected it can give positive impact on Sarana Jaya.

"We hope Sarana Jaya under Agus' leadership can make improvements by adhering to all principles of good corporate governance," he said as qouted from Jakarta PPID Press Release, Thursday (4/1).

For information, Agus Himawan Widiyanto had more than a decade of experience serving at Sarana Jaya. From his track record, he was appointed as Head of Business Control Division at PD. Sarana Jaya (2002-2003), Manager of Planing and Business Control Division (2003-2006), Manager of Sarana Jaya Legal Division (2006-2008), Sarana Jaya Development Director (2008-2013), and Sarana Jaya Managing Director (2013-2015).

Until March 2021, Agus was appointed as President Director of PT. Integrasi Transit Jakarta, which is new subsidiary of PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) and PT. Transjakarta, until being appointed again as President Director of Sarana Jaya by Governor Anies.

Agus Himawan Widiyanto will serve as President Director for 4 years, starting from Gubernatorial Decree issuance on March 30, 2021.
