A number of state civil apparatuses (ASN) serving under Thousand Islands Regency administration are participating in the virtual socialization on the prevention of corruption and gratification in the procurement of government goods and services.

"Corruption and gratification are surely very vulnerable if procurement and development are not carried out properly and with full trust," he expressed, Thursday (4/8).
As one of the preventive efforts, he explained, it was conducted by forging cooperation between related units with regard to formation of the illegal levy eradication central task force (Saber Pungli) in cross-sectoral and the Regional Development Watch (TP4D) team under the North Jakarta Attorney General's Office, which is ready to oversee the development process for the public interest.
"Through oversight and transparency of budget management, hopefully we are able to curb corruption and gratification thus the budget can be absorbed maximally," he hoped.
