Some 12 personnel of the freelance workers (PHL) a.k.a the blue troops are seen repairing the collapsed sheet pile of the Sarua connecting channel alongside Jalan Nurul Iman, RT 06/03, Jati Padang Urban Village, Pasar Minggu.
It has been carried out since February 17 and is targeted to be complete for six months ahead
