Repair of Damaged Kali Induk River Sheet Pile in Kramat Jati Completed

The Kali Induk River Bridge's damaged sheet pile repair work in Batu Ampar I, Gg Ayamah, on the border between RW 01 and 06, Batu Ampar, Kramat Jati, which was done 10 days ago, has now been completed.

"If not, the bridge will collapse. Alhamdulillah they have repaired it

East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-district's Road and Bridge Division Head ilham Raya said the sheet pile was damaged after being eroded by the Kali Induk River as high as six meters.

"We involve six personnel to do the repair," he expressed, Monday (4/12).

Together with local residents, Batu Ampar Urban Village Head Achmad Rusian appreciated the quick response of the Bina Marga Sub-agency for repairing the sheet pile.

"If not, the bridge will collapse. Alhamdulillah they have repaired it," he expressed.

He admitted that local residents expressed their appreciation by putting up a banner saying thank you on the sub-agency.

RT 01/06 Chairwoman Nurul Mubin added the banner that was spread across the bridge was an initiation by residents who felt greatly helped by the repair of the sheet pile.

"Moreover the bridge is an access that is always used by local residents," she closed.
