Total 200 people participated in the second phase of Inisiatif Keluarga Ringkas Aksara (IKRA) program which held by Central Jakarta Library and Archive (Pusip) Sub-agency on April 10-24.

Central Jakarta Pusip Sub-agency Acting Head (Plt), Wahyu Prabowo mentioned, the second phase of IKRA program was held in 5 urban villages, namely Cempaka Baru, Sumur Batu, Utan Panjang, Rawa Sari, and Gunung Sahari Utara Urban Villages.
"We will distribute 80 reading books to each urban villages," he added, Monday (4/19).
South Jakarta Pusip Distributes 200 Books for IKRA ProgramHis side collaborates with TP PKK in 5 urban villages to distribute reading books to IKRA participants. Then, participants are required to send their videos or photos when doing reading activity thus later it can be published in Central Jakarta Pusip Sub-agency's sosial media.
According to him, this activity aims to facilitate residents to read books as one of positive activities during COVID-19 pandemic.
"At the end of activity, top 5 participants from each sub-urban villages will be given prizes in form of books and school supplies," he explained.
For information, first phase of IKRA was held on March 1-17 and attended by 233 participants from Gunung Sahari Selatan, Serdang, Harapan Mulya, Kebon Kosong, and Kemayoran Urban Villages.
