MRT Continues to Operate During Joint Leave and Eid Holiday

Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta will continue to operate during joint leave and Eid al-Fitr 1442 Hijri in order to support people's mobility.

There is an adjustment to operational hour which refers to Joint Decree of 3 Ministers

PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) President Director, William Sabandar mentioned, MRT Jakarta operates from 6 AM to 9 PM on May 12-14, 2021 with 10 minute headway.

"There is an adjustment to operational hour which refers to Joint Decree of 3 Ministers (SKB 3 Menteri) regarding Amendments to Joint Decree of Religion Minister, Manpower Minister, and PAN-RB Minister No. 42/2020 about National Holidays and Joint Leave in 2021," he said, Tuesday (5/11).

He encouraged MRT users to be disciplined in implementing health protocol in MRT station and train by always wearing mask, maintain safe distance, and often washing hands.

"MRT users are also not allowed to talk, either one or two directions while inside the train and station platform area," he stated.
