The Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency personnel are seen repairing the collapsed breakwater on the east side of Panggang Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.
Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Hendri said the repair was conducted to 150 meters long.

He explained around 10 personnel involved to conduct the repair at the location.
"It has been ongoing since two days ago and is targeted to be complete this afternoon. Hopefully it is able to protect the Panggang Island from abrasion due to big waves," he hoped.
