The first batch is held on March 29-April 1 at Industrial Unit for Technical Products and Material, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
In this bimtek, participants learned to make palm cheese, poffertjies, lapis legit vla, teriyaki mushroom chicken, Singapore vermicelli, eclairs, lekket holand tiramisu, and ogura.

PPKUKM Agency facilitates Jakpreneurs to make variety of food and beverages ahead of Ramadan.
"We choose Jakpreneurs who already have small business or home-based business thus they can practice the material they got from this bimtek and diversify their sales products," she conveyed, Tuesday (3/30).
According to her, Bimtek is also expected to increase Jakpreneurs income, welfare, increase people's economic growth as an effort to restore local economy which affected by COVID-19, and absorb workers due to layoff.
"Community empowerment can boost the growth of new entrepreneurs which expected to make large contribution to the regional economy and at the same time create employment," she mentioned.
She explained, participants will get certificate for attending this technical guidance/training and will be given cooking utensils for free.
"Each participants get kitchen utensils such as mixer, scale, apron, and others. We hope this technical guidance can help Jakpreneurs to improve their capabilities and skills in making food and beverage products with high economic value," she said.
