Matraman Targets to Vaccinate 1,000 People Every Day

We are very optimistic to the target, moreover we have prepared around 14 locations by cooperating with private party

The Matraman Sub-district, East Jakarta has prepared 14 vaccination service sites for residents aged 18 years or over and the elderly. It is targeted to vaccinate 1,000 people every day.

Matraman Sub-district Head, Andriansyah said, besides puskesmas and school buildings, it can also be reached in hospitals, as well as private clinics and Kesdam Jaya.

He disclosed that the location of the dynamic vaccine service which was held at the SMPN 7 Building in Utan Kayu Utara and the Matraman Sub-district Puskesmas, each day served 300 people. That was why, he was optimistic to achieve the target.

"We are very optimistic to the target, moreover we have prepared around 14 locations by cooperating with private party," he said, Friday (6/18).

Matraman Sub-district Puskesmas Head, Rita Anggraini added, the static vaccination service was held in sub-district puskesmas and six sub-district puskesmas. As for the dynamic vaccination was held at seven points. They were at Gramedia Matraman, SMPN 7 Utan Kayu Utara, Kesdam Jaya or Polkes Zeni TNI AD, Matraman RSUD, Jantung Jakarta Hospital, Keluarga Pisangan Baru Clinic, and Abdul Radjak Clinic.

"We have nine teams from puskesmas. Each team has nine health workers. They will be assisted with health workers from private party and national army," she stated.

Despite the number was quite a lot, she added, the vaccination at the puskesmas run as usual.

"Public health services at the puskesmas are not disrupted, as the existing human resources are sufficient," she closed.
