Nagrak Flat Transformed into Isolation Places for Covid-19 Patients

The Nagrak Flat, which is located in Marunda Urban Village, Cilincing, North Jakarta has begun to function as an isolation place for Covid-19 patients without symptoms.

There are currently nine patients who are being isolated

Cilincing Sub-district Head, M Andri expressed that the flat was currently being tested as a place to isolate patients for residents of North Jakarta.

"There are currently nine patients who are being isolated," he expressed, Tuesday (6/22).

West Jakarta Prepares Three Self-Isolation Locations

To support it, PPSU personnel had been alerted to maintain and care for the facilities and infrastructure in Tower 5, which is the green zone of the Nagrak Flat. Coordination was also intensified with the UPRS III Nagrak Flat.

"We help as best we can, starting from placement, setting up controlled isolation locations or coordinating other things such as security, cleanliness, etc," he expressed.

Nagrak Flat UPRS III Facilities and Infrastructure Executing Unit Head, Hary Wibowo revealed, Towers 1 to 4 were operated as isolation places for OTG patients, while Tower 5 was a resting place for health workers. The Nagrak Flat was estimated to be able to accommodate up to 4,000 OTG patients.

"Each tower has 255 units. One unit has two rooms. Each tower can be occupied from the second to the 16th floor. Each unit is prepared for mattresses, fans, and toiletries," he stated.
