Public Services at Kramat Jati Sub-district Office have Returned to Normal

Starting today, public services at Kramat Jati Sub-district Office, East Jakarta has returned to normal. Previously, face-to-face public services had been closed for more than a week following 8 employees who were confirmed positive for COVID-19.

We still remind residents to comply with health protocol when they come to sub-district office

Kramat Jati Sub-district Head, Eka Dharmawan mentioned, face-to-face public services has been reopened today although currently there are 5 employees undergoing self-isolation at home. His side has also informed the public about public services  at Kramat Jati Sub-district Office which have returned to normal via social media.

"Public services at sub-district office have returned to normal from today. However, we still remind residents to comply with health protocol when they come to sub-district office," he said, Monday (7/26).

Previously, public services were carried out by using drop box system because office was locked down from Wednesday (7/14) to Friday (7/16). Then on Monday (7/17), the closure was extended because results of mass PCR test conducted at Kramat Jati Sub-district Health Center stated that five employees were positive for COVID-19.

"Those five employees are still undergoing self-isolation at home," he conveyed.
