As many as 236 residents had been vaccinated against Covid-19 in the mobile vaccine car service held at the Wisma Siti Maryam Hall, Kedoya Utara Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district, West Jakarta, on Sunday (8/1).
On that occasion, Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan appreciated the vaccination at the location programmed by the Jakarta administration with the St Andrew's Catholic Church, Kedoya Utara.
"Today I visit the vaccination site, which must be completed, as we want to protect all Jakarta people," he expressed.
He was also grateful for the achievement of the President's vaccination target until the end of August 2021.
"Our target is about 7.5 million people and has been achieved last July. Thank you for all parties involved here, hopefully this can be a good deed for all," he explained.
Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Head, M Saumun explained, today's vaccination managed to touch 236 out of 240 registrants.
"Four cannot get vaccine, because of health factors," he said.
He explained that hundreds of people who had been vaccinated consisted of 178 people for the first dose and 58 people for the second dose.
"Most of them are from Kedoya Utara. Dozens of other participants come from the nearest urban village or sub-district. They registered via JAKI application," he explained.
He added, on weekend, the service was held in two locations, namely SDN 01 and RW 09 Community Hall.
"The percentage of North Kedoya residents who have been vaccinated to date is around 53 percent," he stated.
