Echelon III & IV Selection to Complete December 8

Jakarta Employment Agency (BKD) still processes the Civil Servants (PNS) selection process for echelon III and IV. As much as 7,500 position will be contested by 10,056 civil servants.

There are 3 assessors to rate each echelon III servant with different mark. Total 60 assessors are involved in this selection

"For echelon III process, is now in compilation and integration data process from assessor," said Jakarta BKD Head, I Made Karmayoga when contacted by beritajakarta.com, Monday (11/24).

He added, before integrated in one result, the valuation of Echelon III employee will be rated by some assessor.

Bad Performance PNS Easily Fired

"There are 3 assessors to rate each echelon III servant with different mark. Total 60 assessors are involved in this selection," he added.

Then, Made continued, although most of echelon IV election process have been completed, there still some election process held until now. "We targeted to complete all Echelon III and Echelon IV election process on upcoming December 8," he continued.

After his side received result from assessor team, the result will be brought to Jakarta rank and position advisory board (Baperjakat) and discussed there. "Parallel with the process, BKD Jakarta will ask all of SKPD (Provincial Working Unit) head due to each employee who follow this selection process," he explained.

"The 7,500 positions are also include position as school administrator (TU). At the beginning, the position want to be eliminated, but, because TU have important position, it can not be eliminated. This position also contested at the election," he added.

Then, from 10,056 PNS, 1,264 people who sign for Echelon III will take competence test on October 16 until November 8. It will be continued with echelon IV test by 8,696 participants.
