The Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Agency, appreciated PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta (TRIPA) for collaborating to support the development of urban farming and environmental conservation in Jakarta.

This is the second year of collaboration with them

To smoothen it, the insurance company gave donation worth Rp 20 million through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. It was handed over at the moment of commemorating the PT TRIPA's 43rd anniversary.

KPKP Agency Head, Suharini Eliawati sai d, they had set an example for the community and other businesses.

"This is the second year of collaboration with them. Hopefully it can continue and more collaborators will join in efforts to develop urban farming and preserve the environment in Jakarta," she expressed, Tuesday (8/24).

According to her, last year's donation had already been handed over to the GSG 07 Farmer's Group (Poktan) in Kembangan Utara Urban Village, Kembangan Sub-district, West Jakarta.

Its donation was very useful, as not only made the environment green but also improved the local economy.

"Urban farming activities become wider and more sustainable by utilizing vacant land around settlements," she explained.

On that occasion, she also introduced processed herbal products produced by urban farming activists in South Jakarta.

"InsyaAllah, this herbal product is very useful for health and can increase immunity. I express my highest gratitude and appreciation to the ranks of commissioners, directors and employees, happy 43rd anniversary, hopefully this collaboration can continue," he uttered.

PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta President Director, Agung Abadi said, the donation was injected to coincide with the company's anniversary.

"Through the themes of TRIPA Cepat, TRIPA Kuat and TRIPA Hebat, we hold various activities, including environmental conservation. Hopefully, it can provide benefits for the environment and increase enthusiasm and motivation for the community to preserve the environment continuously," he stated.
