"It also aims to share experiences and knowledge about the administration's collaboration in curbing Covid-19 which can also be adopted by the general public and other local governments," he expressed.

To optimize it, there were some speakers invited, namely Dinkes' Data, Information and Report Management Head, Verry Adrian; Jakarta Smart City BLUD Head, Yudhistira Nugraha; and Jakarta CSR Forum Chairman, Mahir Bayasut.

At that time, Adrian gave material on Digital Collaboration in Curbing Covid-19 in Jakarta, Collaboration Strategies, General Concepts for Providing Covid-19 Information, Covid-19 Collaboration Products, Covid-19 Service Products, Dinkes' Health Information System Concepts (SIK), and Data Management and Information System Collaboration Products.

He assessed, he said the digitization process is something that must be done and as a tool for Jakarta, the administration must work together to support and realize the digitization process through the integration of various systems.

In the future, he explained, apart from Covid-19, all health data would also be integrated with JAKI. Thereby, the SIK concept was made in order to be shared at the level of policy makers, academics, and even the public who want to get health data directly.

"This is about collaboration concept, instead of individual. We must empower all parties in order to realize a goal that has great impact and benefits for the people," he continued.

Then Nugraha gave material on Digitizing Public Services via JAKI: Covid-19 Information System. He stated, JAKI features were not only developed by Jakarta Smart City, but also the result of collaboration with various parties.

He explained the Jakarta Covid-19 Response Feature is the main feature of containing Covid-19 in JAKI which contains various data, information, and supporting features in facing the pandemic. Those features include Covid-19 Vaccination, Availability of Hospital Beds, Self-test via JakCLM, Contact Tracing, Monitoring Data, etc.

"There are also Map of the Distribution of Covid-19 Cases, Regional-based Covid-19 Statistical Information, Urban Village-based Vaccination Information Map, JakAmbulans. They are always updated every day, both on the website and features in JAKI. It was developed in collaboration with various parties," he explained.

The pandemic has changed many things and various existing social structures. Adapting to new conditions or the new normal, people turn to digital technology in carrying out their affairs and work.

Then the role of digital transformation is one of the main keys in carrying out community service work and even all daily affairs. Therefore, the administration has also developed JAKI platform, super app developed by the government to meet the various needs of people.

"This JAKI innovation is an innovation that was developed with the concept of Citizen-designed Services and is expected to be able to solve urban problems, as well as provide effectiveness in terms of reporting and convenience to the public, surely JAKI as a Collaborative Ecosystem platform can be replicated in other cities," he closed.
