Realizing Family Resilience, Jakarta Government Launches Family Service Center (PUSPA)

Jakarta Government through Empowerment, Child Protection, and Population Control (PPAPP) Agency in collaboration with PT. Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia, launched the Center of Excellence in Family Happiness (PUSPA) on Wednesday (9/29) in Meeting Room on the 1st floor, Jakarta PPAPP Agency Office.
PUSPA is designed as one-door information and coordination center to realize welfare and resilience of the family
It became a momentum for One-Stop Family Data Collection Orientation 2021. This event was also broadcast live on Youtube channel of Jakarta PPAPP Agency. Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan who also gave virtual speech said that in order to realize a resilient family, continuous collaboration from central government, local government, universities, community, mass media, and companies is needed.
"PUSPA is designed as one-door information and coordination center to realize welfare and resilience of the family. On this occasion, we express our appreciation to PT. Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia, attempts to realize happy and resilient families by preparing one-stop family service which is operationalized through PUSPA. PUSPA is designed as a center for information and coordination in implementation of one-stop family welfare and resilience.
In realizing happy family, digital-based data is needed in form of One-Stop Family Data collected by TP PKK through PKK Dasawisma cadres. With PUSPA, Jakarta residents can have data center, integrated information and digital education, and choice of local contents and virtual activities that are child and family friendly.
Family Service Center will also provide online and offline counseling facilities for families (mothers, toddlers, teenagers, and elderly) as well as victims of domestic violence. Facilities and infrastructure in this Center of Excellence in Family Happiness include Digital Display Room, Po

Jakarta PPAPP Agency Head, Tuty Kusumawati expressed her appreciation to PT. Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia for distributing CSR in form of providing PUSPA facilities and infrastructure.
"I hope PUSPA can provide as many benefits as possible in realizing happy families," she conveyed.
She also expressed her gratitude to TP PKK and PKK Dasawisma who continue to cooperate not only in one-stop family data collection but also in providing family services.
Jakarta TP PKK Chairperson, Fery Farhati said that since PUSPA facilities and infrastructure are equipped with digital operations, TP PKK and Dasawisma cadres can be even more prepared to carry out their roles in the family.
"For example to register in one-stop integrated family data, mobilize families for vaccination and conveying development messages which later will operate through PUSPA. High appreciation for Hanwha Life for developing Family Service Center," she mentioned.
Meanwhile, David Yeom, Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia CEO said that Hanwha Life's CSR focus is on children and families.
"We see that there is high demand for digital contents that are child-friendly and educative for families. We hope CSR PUSPA from Hanwha Life can answer this need. Hanwha Life allocates budget Rp 1.5 billion for CSR PUSPA. Our target is to provide facilities and infrastructure in the fourth quarter of 2021 and will be fully operated in second quarter of 2022," he explained.
