Progress of Channel Construction on Jl. Ksatriaan 8 Kebon Manggis Reaches 70 Percent

Construction of 729-meter water channel located in Komplek TNI AD, on Jl. Ksatriaan 8 RW 03, Kebon Manggis, Matraman, East Jakarta has touched 70 percent.

Currently, the work progress has reached around 70 percent and targeted to be completed in November

East Jakarta SDA Sub-agency's Drainage Development and Construction Section Head, Tengku Saugi Zikri stated, his side deployed one mini backhoe to accelerate the construction work.

"Total length of this channel is 729 m eters. Currently, the work progress has reached around 70 percent and targeted to be completed in November," he explained, Friday (10/1).

According to him, this water channel will use U-ditch concrete with size 60x60 centimeters, 80x80 centimeters, and box culvert with size 80x80 centimeters.

The construction work was started from in front of church to Ksatriaan connecting (Phb) channel.

"We hope this construction work can be completed on schedule, which is 75 days," he closed.
