Before 10 Years, Row Village House Can`t Be Sold

To prevent house in row village being sold or rented by the owner, Jakarta Provincial Government prepares the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu).

This action is taken to prevent citizen taking advantages through row village program

Jakarta Housing and Building Department Head, Yonathan Pasodung said, the regulation detail is being prepared. The most important point is the house in row village can not be sold during 10 years.

" This action is taken to prevent citizen taking advantages through row village program . This regulation will be published next year in form of Perppu," he said, Thursday (11/27).

Tanah Sereal Fire Victims Received Aid

This rule is about to apply due to some house in Tanah Tinggi, Central Jakarta, which have been renovated with high economical value to be sold by his owner immediately.

"Don't do this at your (citizen) pleasure, the government has given the best for you. I think 10 years is enough for they not to sell the house," he added.
