The East Jakarta Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency has noted that they have conducted fire socialization in 754 locations along October 2021. This number is lower than September, which reached 942 locations.

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency Head, Muchtar Zakaria said, socialization activities had decreased, as the rainy season had entered, so many personnel were deployed in the field for disaster management.
"The socialization last October was decreased, as it was already the rainy season. Our personnel focus on flood prevention. Aside that, there are also many main duties and functions, related to rescue and fire," he explained, Thursday (11/4).
East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Prevention Division Head, Edi Parwoko added, from 754 socialization locations, 157 were houses of worship, 588 were neighborhood roads and nine were educational institutions. To support it, for one month, he deployed 124 car operational vehicles, 435 motorcycles with 1,020 personnel.
"We educate how to prevent fire and prompt the public to continuously comply with health protocols during the pandemic," he expressed.
To promote material, personnel went around the village using cars or motorbikes, as well as loudspeakers of the mosque or prayer room. Afterwards, they always shared pamphlets and pasted stickers in strategic places.
Several locations used as socialization sites during last October were including Jalan Krama Yudha I, RW 05, Rawa Terate Urban Village, Jalan Lingungan at RT 15/10 Bali Master.
There were also Jami Asy-Syaakirin Mosque on Jalan Gading Raya, RT 08/08, Pondok Bambu, Al Khoiriyah Mosque on Jalan Jagur, RT 02/10 Cipinang Melayu Urban Village, Al Fajar Mosque on Jalan Kampung Baru, RT 010/009 Kelapadua Wetan, Jalan Tanah Merdeka RT 09/02 Rambutan Urban Village, BLK Pasarebo Flat on Jalan Raya Bogor RT 015/001 Susukan Urban Village, etc.
