"The progress of rain garden located on Jl. Soemarno has touched 80 percent. While on Jl. DI Panjaitan and Jl. Basuki Rahmat has touched 50 percent," he said, Friday (11/5).

"After building rain garden in those three locations, we will move to another locations. Each sub-district is targeted to have rain garden," he stated.
According to him, rain garden in each location has different length and depth. For example, on Jl. Soemarno, it has length 16 meters and depth 1.5 meters. While on Jl. Basuki Rahmat, it has length 34 meters with depth 1 meter and on Jl. Panjaitan it has length 34 meters and depth 1.3 meters.
"On Jl. Basuki Rahmat and Jl. DI Panjaitan, eight personnel are currently digging the area. While for rain garden on Jl. Soemarno, we will start planting the plants next week," he explained.
