"We can build jogging track, harbor, buy some boats, and other at the riverside. At least the project will take around Rp 100 billion. I guess it will take a year to built it," said Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, after a discussion session with Kodam Jaya staff Head (Kasdam Jaya) at City Hall, Friday (11/28).
Basuki added, the budget will be taken from the last Provincial Working Unit (SKPD) allocation. "It also can use my operational budget, as anticipation of rain peak in January," Basuki added.

"So the scavengers will make floating net to catch the trash, if they want to sell it, they can own it and the other can be collected and treated," he continued.
Kasdam Jaya, Brigjen TNI Teddy Laksamana added, his side will deploy 1,155 personnel to work at Ciliwung riverside project.
"We also involve 2,000 citizens in community service. We will do the project immediately because the trash will raise when the flood come and impact the supporting capacity of river basins (DAS) and its land," he uttered.
