Vaccination Service at JIC Offers Three Types of Vaccines

In the service, we have 12 health workers from Koja Sub-district Puskesmas

The Covid-19 vaccination service is still being intensified in North Jakarta, even though the first shot has touched more than 100 percent of the target. Nevertheless, similar service is again held at the Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC), Jalan Kramat Jaya, Tugu Utara Urban Village, Koja Sub-district, which provides Sinovac, Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines.

Koja Sub-district Puskesmas Head, Sri Puji Wahyuni said, at 8 AM to 12 PM, in overall, around 64 people passed the screening and could receive the vaccine.

Vaccination Service is Still Intensified in Rorotan Urban Village

"Today we have 300 quotes for first and second shots. Most register via JAKI application," he expressed, Monday (11/15).

Of 64 people vaccinated, eight received Sinovac (first shot), 14 received Sinovac (second shot), 36 people received AstraZeneca (second shot), and six received Pfizer (second shot).

"In the service, we have 12 health workers from Koja Sub-district Puskesmas," he explained.

In the meantime, one of participants from Gading Griya Lestari Housing Complex, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Santoso (57) admitted, he had just taken the first dose due to a health condition.

He expressed, actually he wanted to take the vaccine a year ago but couldn't because of heart disease and blood sugar. However, after receiving a doctor's recommendation at the hospital that treated him a few days ago, it was only today that he could take vaccinations via JAKI application.

"Alhamdulillah, I finally get vaccinated. My advice for those who haven't been vaccinated immediately join the vaccine as now it's easier and you don't have to wait in long lines," he stated.
