The Formula E (E-Prix) Co-founder, Alberto Longo spoke about the cost of electronic car racing in a day. He revealed that the event can cost no less than 25 million dollars in a day.

"We all understand that it is a very expensive world championship. For race in a day costs 25 million dollars. It is not included cost of roads, safety walls, and road materials," he said in press conference entitled 'Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) Promotes Success of Formula E for Indonesia' in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (11/24).
E-Prix Co-Founder Affirms that Jakarta is Not the Only City that Pays Commitment FeeRegarding commitment fee that should be paid by Jakarta Government, he didn't explained the details because it is confidential.
"We cannot inform commitment fee since it is confidential," he stated.
Furthermore, he ensured Jakarta didn't pay commitment fee higher than other cities.
"I can confirm that Jakarta doesn't pay more than other cities," he added.
He also guaranteed that Formula E event would run transparently and collaborate with authorities in order not to violate the rules.
"We are also transparently asking people in Jakarta because there is nothing to hide here. So, we will collaborate with all authorities to avoid any misunderstanding," he conveyed.
