Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan symbolically handed over Budget Implementation List (DIPA) of State Ministries/Institutions (K/L) and List of Transfer Allocations to Regions and Village Funds (TKDD) 2022 to the ranks of Jakarta Forkopimda, Head of Financial Bureau, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Health, and ranks of Jakarta Government at Jakarta City Hall, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (12/8).

He conveyed that DIPA submission is a commitment and concrete step from central government thus development and disbursement of State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN), especially in Jakarta Government can start earlier.
"Thus benefits of APBN can be felt as soon as possible by the whole community, especially in terms of economic recovery and health sector handling during the pandemic, especially in Jakarta," he said as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release, Wednesday (8/12).

"Therefore, I advise to the Vertical Work Unit leadership in Jakarta Province to take various strategic steps in implementing the budget to accelerate economic recovery, such as acceleration, goods and services procurement in 2022, improving performance of DAK of Physical and Village Funds, and accelerating synergy with cross-sectoral and regional governments," he mentioned.
In realizing President's direction, he appealed to his subordinates to use TKDD 2022 allocation properly. thus it can give optimal benefits for economic growth and community welfare.
In addition, he also accelerates regional spending, starting from DIA and TKDD Allocation are given to encourage economic growth in regions, because they cannot accumulate in banks.
"APBN 2022 is a mandate from people that must be accountable for. Therefore, let us use this budget as well as possible, quickly, accurately, transparently, and accountably. I encourage work units heads, regents, and mayors throughout Jakarta and any elements related to state finance management to implement those methods for the welfare of Jakarta residents," he asserted.
Moreover, Central Government has allocated state expenditures Rp 2,714.2 trillion (including BA BUN). From this amount, Rp 715.62 trillion (not including BA BUN expenditure allocation) was allocated to Jakarta Government. Distribution for Central Government expenditure is Rp 698.74 trillion through State Ministries/Agencies expenditure to 1,718 work units of 81 K/L, the rest is allocated through Transfer to Regions and Village Funds Rp 16.88 trillion to Jakarta Government.
