53 RPTRAs in East Jakarta Re-opened to Public

While 15 other RPTRAs are still closed

The East Jakarta administration has reopened 53 out of 68 RPTRAs in East Jakarta today, Friday (12/10).

Sumilan, Sub-agency Head of East Jakarta Child Protection and Empowerment and Population Control (PPAPP) said, those 53 RPTRAs would be opened until December 24 under strict health protocols and would only receive 25 percent of visitors. They were deemed safe and there were no substations, poles or power lines within RPTRA area.

"While 15 other RPTRAs are still closed," he said.

According to him, they were slated to open at 7 AM t 5 PM. Every visitor must pass the temperature check stage before entering the park area and show a digital vaccination record via the government's mobile app PeduliLindungi.

Then they must be in good health or not showing any symptoms of Covid-19, like fever, cough and so forth, including wash hands with soap, wear a mask, maintain social distancing at least two meters, and avoid crowds.

"Park officers must also record visitors who come, including name, age, cellphone number and home address," he concluded.
