Jakarta Parekraf Trains 1,541 Jakpreneurs in 2021

Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy (Parekraf) Agency trained 1,541 Jakpreneurs in 2021. This figure exceeded target that had been set last year with total 1,500 Jakpreneurs.

We want to continue training new Jakpreneurs

Jakarta Parekraf Agency's Creative Economy Division Head, Helma Dahlia conveyed, her side targeted to train 1,500 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in 2022.

"We want to continue training new Jakpreneurs, although target in Jakarta Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) as many as 200,000 Jakpreneurs has been exceeded," she said, Tuesday (1/11).

She stated that Jakarta Parekraf Agency would help more Jakpreneurs to enter licensing (P4) and financial reporting (P6) stages.

"There are still many Jakpreneurs that we support who haven't been socialized and understand about financial reporting. We will train them in licensing from PIRT, NIB through OSS. Later, we will also carry out routine activities such as training and product marketing," she explained.

Her side will also encourage Jakpreneurs to join E-Order system to help marketing their products. Until now, only 48 Jakpreneurs under Jakarta Parekraf Agency who have been registered in E-Order.

Not only socializing E-Order to Jakpreneurs through Parekraf Sub-agencies in each regions, Parekraf Agency will also promote the system to communities, associations, and stakeholders to involve Jakarta's MSMEs in every events or activities they organized.

"E-Order assistance is needed thus Jakpreneurs can understand well about proper way to carry out production. For example, they who have PIRT must know how to produce food and beverage in a proper way thus they can meet sanitation and hygiene," she mentioned.
