Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) and City Administration Budgetary Team (TAPD) once again studied the 2022 City Budget (APBD) document as a result of Home Ministry's evaluation.

Jakarta House Budget Committee (Banggar) Chief, Prasetio Edi Marsudi revealed, there were 73 sub-activity budget elaborations (PASK), most of which were needed in the community.

"Emergency criteria include natural disasters, social disasters, extraordinary events, implementation of search and rescue operations, damage to facilities and infrastructure that disrupt public services," he said.
Then for urgent needs included regional needs in the context of basic public services, regional expenditures that were binding and mandatory, regional expenditures beyond the regional government control and could not be predicted in advance, including mandate of laws and regulations.
"And the last is related to regional expenditures which if postponed will cause huge losses to regional government or community," he stated.
