Collaboration is the key for the Jakarta administration to create new breakthroughs in various fields. One of them is in the civil registration service for its residents. It is realized in the process of signing the cooperation between Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Agency with five parties, namely Religious High Court; Indonesian Bethel Church “Kosambi Baru” Congregation; Indonesian Confucian High Council (MATAKIN); PT. Paket Anak Bangsa (Gosend); and Pondok Indah Hospital, at City Hall, on Wednesday (12/29).

Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan who witnessed the signing said that it is was a form of Jakarta's commitment in implementing Presidential Regulation number 96/2018 on Requirements and Procedures for Population Registration and Civil Registration.
"The mandate is to support the policy of convenience in population registration and civil registration services, coordination and collaboration with related agencies is done. This aims at realizing more effective and efficient services, as well as to improve the convenience and welfare of residents," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

He also hoped that the agency could be consistent in creating a culture of population administration services that are efficient and easy for the community, which aims to increase the active participation of residents for an orderly administration.

As for the information, the integrated population document services provided from this collaboration include:
1) Religious Courts:
a. Service for changing Family Card (KK) and e-ID card after receiving a divorce decision that is legally binding;
b. Service for changing birth certificates and child identity card (KIA) after obtaining the determination of child adoption, origin of the child and marriage isbat
2) Integrated service of residence documents with Church/Vihara/Temple Management is a marriage registration service immediately after the blessing by a religious leader
3) Integrated service of residence documents with Hospitals / Delivery Facilities is to ensure that all children born immediately receive identification number (NIK), KK, Birth Certificate, and KIA services. There are also facilities for BPJS Kesehatan membership registration, especially if the parents of the baby are BPJS PBI APBD participants.
Aside that, the administration also teams up with various stakeholders such as PT Paket Anak Bangsa (GoSend) to provide services between population documents for residents, namely the ANDONG service (direct document transfer). Then is alternative for retrieval of residence documents can also be done by using the document retrieval facility via a drive thru.
