DPRD DKI Tuntaskan Rapat Banggar Evaluasi Kemendagri Terhadap APBD DKI 2022

Jakarta DPRD - TAPD Once Again Studies APBD Evaluation Result

Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) and City Administration Budgetary Team (TAPD) once again studied the 2022 City Budget (APBD) document as a result of Home Ministry's evaluation.

"I ask for a rationalization of spending that is already in RKPD, what is urgent and what is not

Jakarta House Budget Committee (Banggar) Chief, Prasetio Edi Marsudi revealed, there were 73 sub-activity budget elaborations (PASK), most of which were needed in the community.

"I ask for a rationalization of spending that is already in RKPD, what is urgent and what is not," he expressed, at city council building, Thursday (1/13).

At the same time, City Secretary, Marullah Matali added, there was still a chance for PASK to be budgeted again, but it must meet criteria for an emergency and urgency in accordance with Article 69, Government Regulation number 12/2019 on Regional Financial Management.

"Emergency criteria include natural disasters, social disasters, extraordinary events, implementation of search and rescue operations, damage to facilities and infrastructure that disrupt public services," he said.

Then for urgent needs included regional needs in the context of basic public services, regional expenditures that were binding and mandatory, regional expenditures beyond the regional government control and could not be predicted in advance, including mandate of laws and regulations.

"And the last is related to regional expenditures which if postponed will cause huge losses to regional government or community," he stated.
