2. Enter your full name and NIK (resident registration number), and click 'Periksa'

4. If you can get the third dose or booster, you will see the information 'Siap divaksinasi dosis 3' on the vaccination status page
5. If you have received the vaccination date, click 'Daftar Ulang Vaksinasi Dosis 3'
