Last January, East Jakarta Gulkarmat Holds Fire Socializations in 544 LocationsFire Prevention Division Head, Edi Parwoko explained, from 462 locations, 88 were in houses of worship, 367 were in neighborhood roads, and seven were in educational facilities or institutions.
He explained the officers usually use loudspeakers to go around residential areas while sticking stickers at several points that are easy for people to read, and distributing pamphlets to the public, such as at community posts, RW secretariat offices, and bulletin boards in the house of worship.
"To support it, we always dispatch around 51 cars, 314 motorcycles, and 608 officers," he continued.
