LRT Jakarta Supports Digitalization and Integration of Transportation Service System

PT LRT Jakarta collaborated with PT Blue Bird Tbk in technology development, digitalization, and integration of the public transportation service systems.

PT. LRT Jakarta will continue to cooperate with various parties to increase customer satisfaction

It was marked by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between two parties at Jakarta Pegangsaan Dua LRT Station, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

PT LRT Jakarta Presidents Director, Hendri Saputra mentioned, the collaboration aimed to optimize the utilization of digital applications belonging to LRT Jakarta and Blue Bird Group (BBG), which were not limited to service orders, fare information, routes, and loyalty programs.

"PT LRT Jakarta will continue to cooperate with various parties to increase customer satisfaction with our services through various digital innovations and integration of transportation modes," he stated, Thursday (3/10).

He hoped that various Business-to-Business (B2B) services could be a solution that brought positive changes to Jakarta LRT and Blue Bird businesses in developing their operational services.

"LRT Jakarta will be open to a strategic partnership with other parties to create more integrated and sustainable services," he expressed.

Meanwhile, PT Blue Bird Tbk Director, Sigit Djokosoetono was pleased to work as a strategic partner of PT LRT Jakarta for digital technology development and mass transportation quality improvement through integration.

His side had carried out three transformation pillars to build a mobility ecosystem called Mobility as a Service (MaaS). It included Multi-Channel Reservation, where the public could get a variety of access to Blue Bird services.

"People can choose various transaction methods and Multi-Product choices according to the type of service they need," he added.

For information, PT LRT Jakarta and PT Blue Bird Tbk are now exploring more opportunities in terms of joint marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

The collaboration was also carried out to provide commercial benefits for station assets thus they can be used to serve passengers from PT Blue Bird Tbk's fleet, provide a place for ads, including blast to customers via e-mail, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube channel.
