Thousands of People Buy Subsidized Foods at RPTRA Joglo

Thousands of residents living in Joglo Urban Village, Kembangan Sub-district, West Jakarta seemed enthusiastic about shopping necessities in the subsidized-food program at RPTRA Joglo, Jalan RR, RT 07/04, Joglo Urban Village, Kembangan.

This is dedicated to residents who have Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ), and Jakarta Worker Card

Joglo Urban Village Head Matrullah s aid that as many as 1,200 residents shopped for basic commodities at low prices such as r ice, beef, chicken, eggs, fish, and milk.

"This is dedicated to residents who have Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ), and Jakarta Worker Card," he explained, Tuesday (4/12).

He conveyed they had paid for basic food packages through non-cash transactions the day before.

"So, today they just come to pick up the packages at RPTRA Joglo," he added.

Nur Arifah (45), a resident of RT 06/06 Joglo Urban Village was grateful to have access to a subsidized-food program that is held regularly every month to fulfill family nutrition.

She used her child's KJP to buy necessities such as rice, meat, and milk.

"This program helps us as parents to provide adequate nutrition for our children. I hope it can be a routine agenda every month," she hoped.
