While on Jalan Terusan Rasuna Said, Mampang Prapatan, a tax delinquent board was installed on a 700-square-meter land because its owner is in arrears for 17 years. According to Head of Mampang Prapatan Sub-District UPPD, Dedyanto, the arrear reaches Rp 749,698,225.

Meanwhile, Head of South Jakarta Tax Service I Office, WP Purba, asserted that his party will act decisively against tax delinquents, especially who related to PBB payment because socialization has been done multiple times.
“We’ve done socialization and gave a quite long grace period for PBB payment. But since there was no response, we installed warning board,” he uttered.
Purba explained that such a thing is in accordance with Governor Instruction No. 89/2013 on Tax. If within seven days tax delinquents have not paid their arrears, distress warrant will be issued.
