17,045 Travelers Have Arrived at Pulogebang Bus Terminal

Entering D+6 of Eid al-Fitr, the Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal, East Jakarta has noted that as many as 2,171 homebound travelers have arrived through 249 buses from 11 PM to 2 PM.

Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal Head Bernad Octavianus Pasaribu said, on Sunday (5/8), as many as 7,790 travelers using 456 buses had arrived at the terminal.

"We predict the peak of the backflow will still happen until H+7 or on Tuesday (5/10)," he said, Monday (5/9).

Tanjung Priok: 390 Travelers Return to Jakarta

On Wednesday (5/4), the travelers were starting to return to Jakarta and arrived at the Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal. Overall, from D+1 to D+6, around 17,045 travelers were using 1,482 buses.

He went on to say that the number of homecoming arrivals experienced a very significant number yesterday. It happened as it coincided with the arrival of the free homecoming programmed by the Jakarta administration and the Transportation Ministry.

Therefore, he called on all travelers to always implement health protocols considering it was very important to protect themselves from Covid-19.

Then buses that had just arrived from the area should always be checked for vehicle documents, starting from KIR's books, supervision cards (KPS), and route permits, whether there was a trajectory deviation or not.
