Nine Potholes on Jalan Raya Cilincing Repaired

As many as 8 personnel of Cilincing Sub-district Bina Marga Unit, North Jakarta have repaired nine potholes on Jalan Raya Cilincing, on Tuesday (6/7).

If it is not repaired immediately, it is feared that it can endanger road users

Cilincing Sub-district Bina Marga Unit Head Riri Kusrini stated that potholes were repaired based on personnel's monitoring in the field. According to him, the road was damaged due to frequent traffic by large vehicles.

"If it is not repaired immediately, it is feared that it can endanger road users," she asserted.

4,904 Potholes in South Jakarta Have Been Repaired by Bina Marga

The area repaired was ranging from 5.1x4.3 square meters to 15.1x1.1 square meters. Bina Marga personnel repaired the potholes using a jackhammer and a baby roller.

"We use 10 tons of hot mix for road repair," she conveyed.

Juju (38), a resident who opened a food stall on Jalan Cilincing Raya appreciated the quick response of the Bina Marga personnel who repaired the road. If they didn't repair it immediately, she worried the damage could get worse and endanger road users.

"They work very fast and neat. Hopefully, the repair can last a long time," she expressed.
