The license revocation through the Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) was based on recommendations and findings of violations from the Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Disparekraf) as well as the Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Agency (DPPKUKM).

"First, the results of research and examination on the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS RBA) licensing document as well as field monitoring, several Holywings Group outlets located in Jakarta have no a standard certificate of Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields (KBLI) 56301 for the type of Bar business that has been verified," he explained.
The standard certificate of KBLI 56301 is an Indonesian Environmental Standard Classification that must be owned by a bar business operation, which is a business whose activities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to the public in their place of business.
Further investigation, they also violated several provisions related to the sale of alcoholic beverages where business actors only have a Retailer's Certificate (SKP) KBLI 47221 for alcoholic beverage retailers, where sales of alcoholic beverages are only allowed to be taken home and not to be drunk on the spot.
"While the results of the supervision in the field, they sell alcoholic beverages for drinking in places that legally should have a Direct Seller Certificate (SKPL) class B and C with PB-UMKU KBLI 56301," explained PPKUKM Agency Head Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo.
"Seven outlets have SKP KBLI 47221 and the other five do not have the letter," he added.
The recommendations from the two services would be the basis for DPMPTSP to be submitted to the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
