Ancol Offers Fun Activities to Spend School Holidays with Family

During the school holidays from June to July, Ancol Dreamland Park Management offers a variety of fun activities to enjoy with the family, such as Dinoland and Dance Illusion in Dunia Fantasi (Dufan), Papercraft in Sea World, and Underwater Mermaid Show in Ocean Dream Samudra.

Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk President Director Teuku Sahir Syahali assessed that the school holiday is a perfect moment for families to spend time together after going through their daily routines. Therefore, Ancol offers several exciting events where people can enjoy more quality vacation time with their families.

"Ancol presents exciting events for families who want to enjoy their holiday with an unforgettable recreational experience," he said, Tuesday (7/28).

There are various events to enliven visitors. In Ocean Dream Samudra for instance, visitors can watch the Amazing Underwater Mermaid Show at Underwater Theater, an underwater ballerina performance with the mermaid theme.

They can also enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach while exercising or enjoying foods and beverages sold in the location.

"We also have Symphony of The Sea which has a thematic area that is suitable as a place to relax and take photos. At night, visitors can also enjoy the beautiful Dancing Fountain at Symphony of The Sea area," he mentioned.

In Dufan, there are Dinoland, a dinosaur-themed show; Rumah Riana at Rumah Jahil Dufan which invites visitors to go on an adventure to find a missing little girl named Clara in an old house; and a magic performance with a dance called Dance Illusion.

"Don't miss the Kingdom Carnival Parade, a lively parade with dancers, acrobats, decorative cars, and a marching band that will go around the Dufan area," he continued.

In Sea World, visitors can enjoy the Papercraft event in collaboration with Ichinogami to make the Sea World mascot from paper. There are also new exhibitions, namely Digital Gallery Sea World Ancol for those who want to experience seeing underwater life and Truck Aquarium which is made from the classic 1950s ZIL-164 truck. There are also Sharky and Friends, as well as people with disabilities from the Jakarta Social Agency who will greet visitors with their musical performance.

The atmosphere will also be lively with various street performances, cosplay, magic balloon, street magic, and educational performances of marine mammals.

Meanwhile, Atlantis Water Adventures features the newest water ride called Asthatirta which has 8 types of slides suitable for all ages. There are also Dragon Race, Dragon Slide, and Skybox.
