The Central Jakarta administration and PT Integrasi Transportasi Jakarta (ITJ) are set to revitalize the Kudus Park in the forthcoming August. It aims to support the revitalization of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at Dukuh Atas in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

Assistant City Secretary for Central Jakarta Economics and Development Bakwan Ferizan Ginting said that the revitalization was in the context of structuring an integrated area with the Simpang Lima Temu in the Kendal Tunnel area. It would also be integrated with the Sudirman and Dukuh Atas areas for the development of Karet Station.
"PT ITJ will handle it thus all become one unit in the Upper Dukuh area. It has been discussed with residents and RT/RW administrators," he expressed, Tuesday (7/19).

He would also coordinate with the Jakarta Parks Agency and the Central Jakarta Park Sub-agency regarding the reforestation of the park's location.
"We have agreed on the design to add lights to add to the beauty of this park. The point is we are optimizing this project to make the park more of a role as a medium for resident interaction," he continued.
On the other hand, RT 07/RW 06 Chairperson Eva Rusmono positively supported it.
"Residents are very supportive because it will soon look more presentable," she concluded.
