Barito Market Loksem Revitalization Reaches 95 Percent

The South Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Sub-agency (PPKUKM) continues to accelerate the revitalization of traders' stalls at temporary locations (loksem) 25, 26, and 30 of the Barito Market.

We target to finish them in early August

Thus far, the work located on Jalan Barito Raya, Kramat Pela, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakrata has touched 95 percent.

PPKUKM Agency Head Dedy Dwi Widodo disclosed that the total number of revitalized stalls in these three loksems is 67 units.

This Year, Loksem Revitalization on Jalan Barito Raya Completed

Of 67 units, 18 of them are in the process of installing the rolling door and the rest are finished already.

"We target to finish them in early August," he expressed, Friday (7/29).

He explained that it has been ongoing since two months ago. The stalls under construction would be five square meters in size and would have a prayer room, a toilet, an ablution area, and others.

"By so, the stall will look more neat, clean, and beautiful," he stated.
