The Central Jakarta Environment Sub-agency (LH) is about to soon impose a doubling of parking payment rules on motorcycles that fail or have yet to undergo emission tests in shopping centers and so on.
"This is in accordance with Article 17 of the Gubernatorial Regulation number 66/2020 on Motor Vehicle Exhaust Emission Tests which regulates disincentives for motorcycles," expressed Central Jakarta LH Sub-agency Acting Head Edy Mulyanti, Sunday (7/31).

"The IRTI Monas parking management has been integrated with the e-emission test app in order to detect vehicles that fail or have yet to undergo emission tests," he explained.
Thus far, from 12 emission tests, 11 of them have been ongoing in eight sub-districts.
