He revealed that the brilliant performance achieved in 2021 could not be separated from the implementation of the Transformation 5.0 program. Bank DKI has implemented a series of Transformation 5.0 programs in 2021 with a focus on the main pillars of business and support for the Jakarta administration which are divided into lending, funding, and ecosystem.

The other main pillars are digital and operation, human capital, organization and culture and governance, risk management, and compliance. The bank began implementing business strategies in an ecosystem in collaboration with Jakarta BUMDs and its derivatives.

"We dedicate these awards to our customers and stakeholders," he said, Friday (8/26).

He explained that these achievements and awards will motivate Bank DKI personnel to continuously make improvements while at the same time growing higher quality and sustainable performance.

To maintain business continuity going forward, the bank made innovations besides transformation and ecosystem strategies in collaboration with other BUMDs.

One of them is the simplification of business processes that refers to customer centricity by developing digital-based banking products and services through JakOne Community Apps.

Bank DKI is currently carrying out several digitalization initiatives by trying to develop SuperApps, SimpleApps, and Digital Lending.

"Hope these three applications can become Bank DKI's advantages in competing in the future and be able to encourage performance acceleration, either in terms of credit or deposits," he stated.

As for the information, at the 27th Infobank Awards, Bank DKI got the highest score, namely 89.41 percent, superior to other banks in its class from KBMI 2 or banks with core capital above Rp 6 trillion to Rp 14 trillion, asset class Rp 50 trillion to below Rp 100 trillion, and posted double-digit performance.
