"We have many opportunities to work for the company, but there are also many people who are looking for work. If you fail, you can take job training or open a new entrepreneur by taking training as you wish," he explained, Tuesday (10/11).
Jakarta Nakertransgi Agency Head, Andri Yansyah explained that this fair is the third and last time in East Jakarta this year. He hoped that it could attract more workers than before.
"I want the company leaders to help these job seekers. If the conditions are less, please accept them. If they (job seekers) want to improve their skills, we have a job training center to upgrade their abilities thus they can improve even more," he exclaimed.
East Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-agency Head, Galuh Prasiwi added that there are several big companies, such as PT Lulu Grup, PT Transjakarta, PT Bank BCA, PT Yamaha Musik Indonesia, etc.
According to him, people who join today's job fair so far are quite enthusiastic. In the first fair from July 28 to 29, there were about 3,933 people attended. From that number, 866 were successfully accepted by several private companies.
Then on the second fair, from September 1 to 2 at Tamini Square, there were about 5,017 people attended in the fair. 429 were successfully accepted by companies. Predictably, this number would increase again because the company is currently in the selection process.
"This event is very effective in helping to overcome unemployment," he closed.
