February, 500 Street Vendors in Kedoya Relocated

As many as 500 street vendors located alongside Jalan Pasar Koneng and around Kedoya Market, Kedoya Utara, Kebon Jeruk, will be relocated in the upcoming February. 

Before relocation, there will be socialization in advance. Ensurely, the vendors would already be relocated in the upcoming February

According to Agus Trijono, Head of Kebon Jeruk Sub-District, his side has coordinated with Kedoya Market proprietor regarding socialization in early February.

"We had held a meeting with Kedoya Market and they were willing to accommodate those vendors. Before relocation, there will be socialization in advance. Ensurely, the vendors would already be relocated in the upcoming February," he told, Saturday (1/30).

Kedoya Market`s Street Vendor Needs to Be Relocated

Kedoya Market Head, Dede Tabrizi acknowledged he could not accommodate 500 vendors, because only has 200 kiosks. Nevertheless, he continued, he plans to find solution by coordinating with other markets.
